I have been a web designer since 1998 with specialties in UI Design, CSS, Web Standards, Web Design, Web Development, PHP-based CMS, and Email Design and Development. I just launched Friends of Heather Grossman to take the place of Heather's old site so it is easier for her and her family to update and easier for the public to give donations to Heather's family.

I am offering my freelance services to create web design comps for other freelancers and small websites for small businesses, charities, and indiviuals who are in business for themselves. Websites that I develop are fully hosted at yourdomain.com with a content management system for you to easily update the content. If you are interested in my web design comp or website development services, just let me know. If you need a large website designed and developed that will cost more than $3,000, I will introduce you to the company I work for. (I do not do print work or logos.)

I am also offering my web design and development services for free for an individual that is enduring hard times due to a medical condition and needs help with things such as medical and living expenses. The site that I develop will be small (around 5 pages or less), but will include a way for people to send donations to you and your family through Paypal. The website will also be created so that you can update the content easily using a content management system. (See Heather Grossman's New Website as an example of what I can do.) If you would like to be considered, please contact me.
The work that I do is calculated at an hourly rate, and all jobs are estimated based on the amount of work involved. So if you have something in mind and want an estimate of what it might cost, just contact me and I will let you know. (I will only work on small projects less than $3,000. If the job is more than $3,000, I will refer you to the company I work for.)
